The decoration and pouring head servo motor uses Delta, and the large sandwich pouring head uses Delta brand servo motor. This machine includes template heating, pouring, vibration, cooling, unloading, and conveying. 2. This machine is suitable for the production of decoration chocolate, gold coin chocolate, sandwich chocolate, pure chocolate, sandwich chocolate, and upper and lower double-color chocolate 3. Use a 14HP Bitzer water cooling system freezer. A 3-HP pre-cooling system 4. The total length of this machine is 27 meters. Please refer to the drawing size for details. 5. All electrical components should use Schneider brand, temperature control should use Omron brand, touch screen and PLC should use Delta brand. 6. Use SNC brand rotary cylinder 7. The machine frame is made of stainless steel, the surface cover is made of 201 stainless steel material, and the door is a 30MM thick foam sandwich insulation door. Other food contact parts are 304 stainless steel, copper, aluminum and food-grade PU belts. 8. The pouring speed is 6-12 times per minute each time. 9. The whole machine is guaranteed for one year and has lifetime maintenance. Sufficient spare parts are available. |
