1. Automatic depositing machine, servo driven, one row of mold, total length is 13m. There are 4 SIEMENS servo motors in total, 2 for depositing, 1for mold lifting, and 1 for chain driving.

2. Production capacity: about 50-150kg/h. For 2.5g 3D pectin jelly candy, the production capacity is over 60kg/h.

3. With oil sprayer to spray de-molding oil on the mold so that jelly candy can be easily de-molded.

4. One depositor with center filling function, two hoppers that are jacket with hot oil to keep warm. Good at depositing mono jelly candy, dual-color jelly candy and ceter filling jelly candy.

5. One set of moulds, 330pcs of molds per set, made from aluminium, painted with food grade Teflon.

 

6.  With 10hp Danfoss chiller to keep the cooling tunnel in required temperature, water cooled or air cooled to be confirmed by the buyer.

7. Using compressed air for de-molding.

8. With food grade belt for discharging the de-molded jelly candy.

9. With one set of control cabinet

10. SIEMENS PLC, inverter and servo system, Weinview HMI, Delta temerature controller, SCHNEIDER electric components, Airtac pneumatic components.

11. Whole machine is made from stainless steel, and the parts touching food is SUS304 or other food grade material.
