1.2 Caramel Batch cooker with buffer tank   2 SETS

Caramel Batch cooker Capacity:300kgs/hour Especial cooker for the butter toffee candy, make candy more smoothly and tasty . The dissolved sugar mass sent by loading pump from the buffer tank and the tank fix with up level sensor, if the material enough then be stopped automatic. When the material full inside the cooking tank, it will be locked automatic and begin for cooking . cooking till to the temperature as set in side the temperature controller. At the same time, put other material inside the tank as recipe. After finish cooking , the vacuum be started. Then the cooked mass be sent automatic to storage tank. All the cooking temperature controlled by the auto temperature controller with digital displaying. All the machine speed controlled by inverters.

Buffer tank Capacity 350L with mixing stirrer and steam jacket for keeping warm. Material be s.s 304, with 2.5mm thickness. With 1.1kw mixing motor , at 50rpm/min rotary, with up and bottom level sensors, for start and stop sending the sugar mass automatic.

1.3 Servo toffee depositing machine  1 SET



The toffee depositing machine has 4 rows of moulds,Servo driven with SIEMENS servo motor and PLC. one set of moulds,the total length of the depositing machine is 22.4 meters, PU discharging conveyor belt. One electric cabinet. Suitable for producing single color toffee and centre filled toffee.
The toffee slurry be sent by pump from the caramel cooker to Jacket buffer tank on the top of hoppers of depositing machine. There are two hoppers on the top of the machine, with 3 side jacket stainless steel panel with heating oil for keeping the temperature of sugar slurry. At the bottom of the hopper also have heating plate. There are 40 pcs pistons fixed on each of hoppers, total 80 pistons for depositing the sugar slurry. At the bottom of the depositing head fixed with nozzle plate for centre filled toffee. The nozzle plate also be heated. The volume of the depositing controlled by manually by the main depositing shaft and pistons.
De-moulding system :with mechanic system for demoulding.
Toffee moulds: silicon moulds with steel frame. 10/20 cavities on one moulds as per candy size.

1.4 Cooling tunnel with dehumidify  2 SETS

Cooling tunnel: total with Silicone moulds fix on the circuit. with 2 sets of Chillers and dehumidifiers connected, making sure the temperature inside cooling tunnel lower than 15 degrees.
Independent control box. Fixed with MOTION CONTROLLER, SERVO DRIVER , temperature controllers, touch screen and electric components and so on.
PU discharging conveyor belt. Beside the PU belt, there are guiders to ensure the demoulded toffee on the conveyor and be sent out.

1.5 Double twist wrapping machine   5 SETS

Description : Candies can be put in the disc to be arranged automatically. Photoelectric Detect, 100%packing rate, no candy no paper, no paper no feeding. Speed adjusted by Frequency Conversion. It is servo motor to pulling film.
