DRSF-J SERVO DRIVEN JELLY CANDY DEPOSITING LINE

The DRSF-J series Vacuum cooker and jelly candy depositing lines are the advanced equipments for jelly candies with aluminum moulds. They are the best choice for producing carrageenan, gelatin solid and half solid candy.
 

The pectin, jelatin, carrageenan jelly candy depositing line have: Pectin dissovling pot, Sugar dissolving pot, Storage tank, Jelly candy depositing machine with cooling tunnel, Conveyor, Sugar/oil coating machine, Layers cooling tunnel.

Kitchen system
The Automatic Weighing and Dissolving System can weigh raw materials, such as water, sugar, glucose, etc. Then to mix them. After mixing, the mixture wil flow down to dissolving tanks. It can be one dissovling tank or two dissovling tanks. if it is requested big capacity.
This system can be used for the production of all kinds of confectionery and bakery.

The Continuously Vaccum Cooker takes steam as heat source, with large heating area high thermal efficiency, uniform heating, heating  time is short, easily control heat temperature. The machine is made from stainless steel, meet thehealthy requirements, beaytiful appearance, easy operation, safe and reliable.

Depositor
The picture is three row depositor, but we can offer one row,two rows, three rows and four rows depositor.
The depositor driven by servo motors and controlled by motion controller. So it is easy operation.
