         Jelly Candy Depositing Line main produce carrageenan,
pectin and compound gelatin candy.They are driven by servo motors and controlled by motion controller.This is tight construction and high automation.      
 
        The Jelly Candies with aluminum moulds contains Auto-weight and dissolving system,Vacuum cooker,depositing machine,cooling tunnel,oil coating machine and so on.

        This line has automatic demoulding system in cooling tunnel and automatic cleaning system in all storage tank and mixing tank. 

      Automatic Weighing and Dissolving System




      This system can weigh raw materials,such as water,
suggar,glucose,etc.Then to mix them.After mixing,the mixture will flow down to dissolving tanks.    
 
      The lower holding tank has a heating coil in it to keep premixing at the correct temperature.The system is available in a sophiticated version with PLC control system and operating screen or a dedicated bacth weighing controller.
