Full Servo High Speed Roller Blister Packaging Machine.Full Servo High Speed Roller Aluminum Plastic Blister Packaging Machine (has obtained the national invention patent, patent number: ZL 201010213970.1) It is a special equipment for blister-type aluminum (PTP)/plastic (PVC) composite sealing packaging of medicines (tablets, capsules), food, medical devices, health products, electronic components and similar materials, due to the use of positive pressure forming and rolling heat sealing, the blister has the characteristics of crispness and flatness. 

Adopting German Siemens TwinCAT motion control system, the punching frequency can reach up to 200 times per minute, about four times higher than ordinary blister packaging machines. It combines the advantages of flat-plate and drum-type blister packaging machines and is equipped with a special feeder for special-shaped tablets, It has the characteristics of high punching frequency, low energy consumption, accurate and stable action, convenient mold replacement, high yield rate, and no horizontal waste edge punching for wrong version  which greatly improves production efficiency. The whole machine design is more reasonable, adopts frequency conversion speed regulation and mechanical, electrical, optical and gas integrated automatic control technology, and is innovatively designed in strict accordance with the "GMP" standard requirements of the pharmaceutical industry, with many functions such as split combination of the whole machine and modular structure of the workstation.

PVC Packaging Material Placement External PVC Coil Workstation (supports coils with a maximum diameter of 600mm), equipped with pneumatic lifting functionality. The coil core is secured by a pneumatic expanding shaft, with graduated scales on both ends to facilitate tracking of PVC coil usage position, reducing coil replacement time. The design is convenient, efficient, and user-friendly.
 
The PTP coil device also uses an air shaft to secure the coil core (supporting coils with a maximum diameter of 350mm). Both ends are equipped with graduated scales to record the usage position of the PTP coil, and the entire coil can be finely adjusted. The coil replacement function is more user-friendly, rationalized, and convenient, significantly reducing the time required for coil changes.

Connecting Device: Both ends can secure the PVC, ensuring smoother splicing and faster reel replacement.
 
1.    The integrated track replacement mold operates quickly, is easy to clean, leaves no hard-to-reach hygiene gaps, and requires minimal maintenance.
2.    Roller brush and lamination detection: Products that fail to enter the soaking process are brushed out of the track by the roller brush. If the lamination detection sensor at the rear detects any product remaining in the track, the system triggers an alarm and stops to prevent issues like sheet compression at the heat-sealing station, which could affect yield rates.

Heating Unit - The heating plate is integrally cast, providing a large heating area with uniform temperature distribution across the contact zone. During automatic operation, it maintains minimal temperature fluctuations.

Forming Station: Pneumatic sealing ensures automatic balanced pressure on all sides during PVC forming. Quick mold change is achieved by simply rotating the rapid-handle mechanism. Dual-row cam system drives the upper/lower motion for blister forming, capable of withstanding heavy loads at high speeds across a 320mm×280mm forming area. Precision parallelism between the forming mold and air channel mold guarantees uniform, crisp blister shapes.

The servo motor adopts a plum blossom coupling, which buffers the operating state of the connected shaft at high speeds. Both ends use an open locking method to eliminate backlash at the connection, ensuring smooth transmission and precise positioning. The heat-sealing bearings adopt Japan's NSK precision brand, offering high temperature resistance, long service life, and the ability to withstand heavy axial loads under high-speed heat-sealing conditions. The heat-sealing roller incorporates eight embedded heating tubes, ensuring even heat distribution across the roller surface and faster heating time.

Graphic Calibration Unit (Optional): The color mark sensor samples the cursor points on the aluminum foil in real time, controlling the instantaneous speed of the rubber roller. Through friction, it performs real-time fine adjustments to the foil, ensuring that the printed graphics remain precisely centered on the tablet. When calibrated products are required, the aluminum foil printing must be designed accordingly.  1. The batch number is printed using a cam drive. The optimized cam curve ensures clearer printing with minimal impact noise.
2. The cutting section is driven by an eccentric shaft. The uniform speed from the circular motion helps prevent burrs during punching.
3. An oil pump automatically lubricates the eccentric shaft, cam, and bronze bushings, reducing noise and minimizing mechanical wear.

Suction Verification: If the blister sheet is not properly picked up, the equipment triggers an alarm and stops automatically, requiring manual intervention to clear the sheets. Rejection Verification: The system alarms and halts operation upon detecting either unexecuted rejection signals or false rejections, preventing non-compliant products from entering the packaging line. Forming, forming traction, heat sealing, punching, and punching traction all adopt Schneider Electric motion control servo motors from France, coupled with Siemens CX series motion controllers, ensuring both high-speed and stable operation.

External Electrical Cabinet The segregated design separates electrical components from mechanical systems, providing enhanced protection for electrical parts. An independent circulating cooling system prevents equipment shutdowns caused by overheating. Aviation connectors and corrugated conduits protect wiring at the rear entry points.
