D&R Marshmallow Production Line. With high quality, easy operation, working reliable, with high output.The whole plant include kitchen system, marshmallow forming line, starch conditioning system, starch collecting and recycle system, product finishing and ancillary machinery.

Kitchen system of marshmallow production line
The full system consists of material prepartion, aerator system and CFA system.

Material preparation

The full system including the dissolving system dissolving tanks, hot water tanks, cooling tanks and buffer tanks.

D&R also offering the auto-weighing and dissolving system for instead the manual work, and give whole automation system.

Aerator system

This aeration machine is constructed from stainless steel. Especial the aerating head is machining from complete stainless steel round pipe.

 

The aerating head design ensure absolutely no-contact between the productand the cooling/heating water/liquid.

Use one high pressure water pump for cleaning,ensure to reach international safety and hygiene standards.

Automatic CFA system

After aerating the material, should send the material to the CFA tanks.

D&R offers automatic CFA system for adding the color, flavor, acid.
