DRHF HARD CANDY DIE-FORMING LINE consists with auto-weighing dissolving system,microfilm cooker or rotary vacuum cooker, cooling table, batch roller, rope sizer,forming machine and cooling tunnel. Machine with high automation,high output,good looking of candies,suit for producing transparent candy,fruit candy, jam filled candy,power filled candy and so on.

     Automatic Weighing and Dissolving System


* This system can weigh raw materials,such as water,
suggar,glucose,etc.Then to mix them.After mixing,the mixture will flow down to dissolving tanks.    
 
* The lower holding tank has a heating coil in it to keep premixing at the correct temperature.The system is available in a sophiticated version with PLC control system and operating screen or a dedicated bacth weighing controller.
