Product Description

DRTH-606-II is latest generation starch mogul line designed based on D&R team's 20 years of experience in starch mogul research, installation and after-sales service.

 

D&R mogul plant especially producing gummy candies. With high quality, easy operation, working reliable, with high output.The whole plant include kitchen system, mogul plant, dtrach conditioning system, starch collecting and recycle system, product finishing and ancillary machinery. The plant suits for producing gelatin base candies, foamed candies and so on.

 

What ever your production requirements, D&R has the right solution. We offer different types of depositors to meet to your needs for flexiblity and speed. We offer the depositing type with swing, one shot, servo driven for centre filled gummies and stripe gummies.

Kitchen system

The kitchen system consists the raw material preparation system, automatic weighing and dissolving system as recipes, cooking system, CFA system, Aeration system, hot water and warm water system, and so on. With one control group accordingly.

The most advantage is Automatic system, you only need to Touch the Screen, choose the gummy recipe, then whole system will Automatically running: Raw material. Feeding→Weighing→Mixing→Cooking→Add CFA(color/flavor/acid) →depositing.

Material preparation

The full system including the gelatin dissolving, pectin dissolving tank and sugar mixing tank and dissolving tanks, with one control group.

D&R also offering the auto-weighing and dissolving system for instead the manual work, and give whole automation system.

Cooking system

We are use the tublar cooking system for the gelatin sugar syrup, the full system including coil cooker, vaccum chamber, vaccum system, and buffer tank, above tanks with one control group.

CFA system

Cooking finished syrup should be sent to the CFA tanks. D&R offers auto CFA system for adding the color, flavor, acid automatically.

The system have 18 small tanks for store the color /flavor/acid.

Aeration system

For making the aerated products. Only need set the product density, the machine will automatic control.

The mono pump feed the material to the mixing head by inverter, the air is controlled by the flow meter, then aerating to the required density at the mixing head.

Tray feeder

The empty or with gummy candies and starch trays will be conveyed from the stacker to the track of tray feeder.The tray stacker(5pcs trays per stack) will be lifted to the tray feeder automatically and transited to the discharge area. The stack is first de-stacking in to groups of 5 trays which are then separated into single trays.

The de-stacking conveyor moves continuously to the first turning section.

Depositing system

It is equipped with one center-filling depositor and one normal depositor. Speed: 25-32 trays / minute.

Starch buffering & Distribution system

When the new machine starts running, the starch will be fed into here manually for storage. The starch from the mogul, the starch collector and the starch conditioning system will be transported to starch buffering & distribution system, and then transported to the Mogul through the screw conveyor for production.

 

The starch filling system of the Mogul has a sensor to monitor the powder amount. If the starch lower than the requires level, the starch can be quickly transported to the starch filling system through the screw conveyor.

 

Tray stacker

The trays are conveyed to the bottom of stacker section. Stacker mechianism stack the one trays one by one till to be 5pcs per stack.

Tray stackers will be lifted to loading frames, then to the output conveyors. Then to the drying room automatically or manually.

Empty loading frames will be sent to the tray stacker section.

Gummy finishing system

The finished candy will be sent inside machine and through a serial air blow mesh conveyor for separating the starch and finished candy. And the starch will be collected by dust collector for reuse.

At last, gummy candy will be sent the oil coating machine or sugar coating machine.
