Kitchen System
 

Material Preparation

The full system including the gelatin dissolving tank,pectin dissolving tank and sugar mixing tank and dissolving tanks,with one control group.D&R also offering the auto-weighing and dissolving system for instead the manual work,and give whole automation system.

 

 

Automatic Weighing and Dissolving System

 

D&R also offering the auto-weighing and dissolving system instead the manual work,and give whole automation system.

This system can weigh raw materials,

such as water,sugar,glucose,etc.

Then to mix them.After mixing,the mixture will flow down to dissolving tanks.The lower holding tank has a heating coil in it to keep premixing at the correct temperature.The system is available in a sophiticated version with PLC control system and operating screen or a dedicated batch weighing controller.

Cooking System

 

We are use the tubular cooking system for the gelatin syrup,the full system including coil cooker,vacuum chamber,vacuum system,and butter tank,above tanks with one control group.With automatic steam control valve,and automatic temperature
controller,with pid system,with uncooked syrup recycle system and so on.

Automatic CFA System

 

After cooking the syrup,should send the syrup to the CFA tanks.

 

D&R offers automatic CFA system for adding the color, flavor, acid.

Depositing Mogul

Depositing Pump Body

Pump casting is made from hard copper alloy,wear-resisting and corrosion-resistant.Its dimensional is ensured by CNC machining center.There are many models to choose from.Meeting customers demands for diversity.

Distribution Board

Molding is made according to customer's requirements,and its arrangement is designed by engineers to yield the best effects.The molding frame is easy and convenient to be disassembled.

 

Starch Conditioning System

 

The starch conditioning system consists with dryer and cooler,the processing of heating and cooling according to vortex heating exchange principle.

 

The molding starch which is not suit for the requirement of humidity inside the mogul plant is sent to starch drying system through the screw conveyor, the starch be particular estate and suspend on the feeding loam board tunnel in starch dryer, the suspend starch particular exchange the heating with hot air inside the tunnel, hot air takes the humidity of starch; dried starch is sent to cooler by screw conveyor, same, the starch be particular estate and suspend on the feeding loam board tunnel in starch cooler, the suspend starch particular exchanges the heating with cooling air inside the tunnel the starch be the required temperature (under 32 degrees) and humidity(under 7%) and sent back to mogul be filled inside trays.

 

Using the bag type dust collector for the starch drying and cooling, ensure the starch be recycled completely.

Curing Room

 

This is very important part of the gummy candy processing, the candy will be cooled or heated to the requirement moisture content for several hours in the curing room, then can be successful. It is uniform temperature and humidity, easy operation and stable control.
