Protein Bar Machine, Cereal Bar Candy Bar Production Line

We have different width of candy bar production line from 400mm to 800mm with different capacity.
The candy bar production line includes nougat couple forming rollers, cereal double couple forming rollers, pressing rollers, cooling tunnel, slitter and separated conveyor, guillotine, U-shape conveyor and chocolate enrobing line.
We can also design and produce packing line for our candy bar production line.

The frames and the parts which touch with products can be ss304. Some motors can be SEW or Siemens brand.

The candy bar production line can also produce cereal bars.

Automatic chocolate decorated granola/cereal bar production line is the most advanced production equipment for cereal/granola bars with chocolate decorating. All the process including kitchen system, cereal/granola bar forming and chocolate decorating.
 Technical Data:
The width of cereal/granola slab: 660mm, the width of the conveyor belt for forming line is 800mm, the width of U-shape conveyor and the chocolate decorating line is 1000mm.
Capacity:450-650kgs/hour(granola/cereal bars)
Total power: about 200KW.
The frames, covers and other parts which can be stainless will be ss304 or ss202 (except the standard parts, some frames or parts which couldn't be ss304 or ss202)
SEW, Siemens or Chinese famous brands motors.
Most electric components are Siemens, Omron or Schneider.
