DRSF-T toffee candy depositing line is the most advanced equipment for producing toffee. The special cooling system make the toffee with good taste. Using silicon moulds, and demoulding automatically by roller, with highly automation. This plant with high output, suit for producing plain toffee, double color toffee, center filling toffee and striped toffee.

Cooling tunnel: total with Silicone moulds fix on the circuit. with 2 sets of Chillers and dehumidifiers connected, making sure the temperature inside cooling tunnel lower than 15 degrees.
Independent control box. Fixed with MOTION CONTROLLER, SERVO DRIVER , temperature controllers, touch screen and electric components and so on.
PU discharging conveyor belt. Beside the PU belt, there are guiders to ensure the demoulded toffee on the conveyor and be sent out.
