Servo Driven Automatic Decoration Chocolate Production Line
Description
DR-QBH-IV features three servo decorating depositors and one large center-fill depositor, integrating mold heating, depositing, vibration, cooling, demolding, and conveying. This machine is suitable for producing a wide range of chocolate products, including decorative chocolates, gold coins, center-filled, solid, filled, and dual-layer varieties. The machine frame is stainless steel, with 201 stainless steel covers, 30mm foam-insulated sandwich doors, 304 stainless steel, copper, aluminum, and food-grade PU belts for all food-contact parts.
Introduction
Mold Pre-heating
Equipped with a precision temperature control unit, this station gently and evenly heats the chocolate molds to a stable 60°C before they enter the depositing zone.
1. Complete Drying: Eliminates any residual moisture from the cleaning process, preparing a perfectly dry surface for the chocolate.
2. Surface Purity: Removes fine dust particles that could compromise the final gloss and texture.
3. Controlled Crystallization: Prevents the chocolate from setting too rapidly upon contact, which is essential to avoid surface blooming (fat or sugar recrystallization) and ensure a smooth, glossy, and professional finish.
Chocolate decoration depositing system
1. This production line is equipped with three independent depositing stations, enabling the creation of intricate three-color decorative patterns on each product.
2. Each station is powered by a 3-axis servo control system, ensuring precise, synchronized movements for sharp and consistent pattern definition.
3. To guarantee smooth, uninterrupted production, every depositing head is paired with an individual chocolate holding tank, which maintains the coating at its optimal fluid temperature. This integrated design ensures a stable, even flow and impeccable multi-color results.
Servo-Controlled High-Precision Chocolate Depositor
This depositor represents the core of the filling process. Its robust servo-driven piston pump system is purpose-built for the precise handling of chocolate-based creams and fillings, ensuring absolute consistency in every deposit.
1. Ultra-High Precision Metering: The servo drive provides an exceptionally accurate and repeatable deposit weight, significantly reducing product give-away and raw material costs.
2. Superior Cut-Off Performance: The sophisticated servo-controlled nozzle mechanism guarantees a sharp, clean cut-off of the product, completely preventing stringing or tailing. This protects both the product's top finish and keeps the production environment clean.
3. User-Focused Flexibility: The entire system is managed through a user-friendly HMI, allowing for quick and precise on-the-fly adjustments to deposit weight, speed, and timing. This makes recipe changes fast and straightforward.
Cooling Tunnel
1. After the depositing and decorating stages, the molds enter the precisely controlled cooling tunnel. This critical zone is engineered to solidify the chocolate correctly, ensuring the final product achieves the perfect texture and gloss.
2. Equipped with a multi-zone temperature control system and advanced air circulation technology, it ensures a uniform and consistent cooling profile across the entire tunnel. This stable environment is essential to prevent fat or sugar bloom, guaranteeing a premium, professional finish.
3. The tunnel's intelligent design adapts to varying production speeds and product recipes, providing the necessary dwell time for optimal crystallization without any condensation risks, resulting in a perfect snap and shine.
