QKJ-450-I Servo Driven One Shot Depositing Line
QKJ-450-I full automatic Servo-control one shot depositing line is a dedicated advanced equipment for chocolate moulding. This machine integrates machine, electricity and gas control. This machine adopts advanced digital control technology. The main motor of the machine is a servo motor, which makes the positioning during the depositing process more accurate. And the depositing head is also servo controlled, there is one depositing heads. The main motor is servo motor.
The whole production process of this machine is full automatic, including mould heating, depositing, vibration, cooling, demoulding, and products discharging. And many kinds products can be produced by this line, for example: spraying chocolate, Left and right two-color chocolate (depending on customer needs), center filling chocolate, etc. The chocolate products produced by this machine are smooth and beautiful, and the quantitative dosage is accurate.
